Who we are
Over 25 years ago our dad set out to provide a better future for his family. He built C&K from the ground up on the foundations of hard work, sweat, and maybe a little bit of fun. He has since moved on, but we carry on his legacy by continuing the work.
Every time we begin a new project, we envision the family that will utilize that space for years to come. Keeping that focus allows us to build your dreams into a reality

"Really knowledgeable and an experienced builder. Both inside and out. They built my home starting in fall 2016 and ending in early spring 2017. With a 7 year old home I can tell you that I have not had an issue with the construction. No cracks in paint or drywall, No nail pops, even with the wind I haven't had siding or shingle issues. There are a lot of decisions that come up when building your home no matter if it is all custom or just a few changes. Alan listened to what I wanted, gave advise on how to make it work and we moved forward. I never had a hard time getting a hold of him with questions and they built our home in a timely manner. I would and have recommended them to family and friends that are looking for a home builder."
